David J. Krajicek’s work has covered all three. He frequently appears on television as a true crime expert, and is a former contributor to Court TV. Since 1999, he has written the New York Daily News’s “The Justice Story;” begun in 1923, it is the longest-running true crime feature in American journalism. And now his new book, Murder, American Style, draws on the subjects of fifty of those newspaper columns to examine the topic of relationship murder.
A book signing and release party is scheduled for this Thursday, February 10, at Beach CITE Studios. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m., and Mr Krajicek, a long-time winter guest of our area, will read from this new publication at 7:00 p.m. Copies of the book will be available for purchase for $15, and added bonuses to the evening include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Books may also be purchased at Just Books in Gulf Shores.
